Entrance Gate
Please ensure the gate closes behind you before leaving the complex.

CCTV Cameras
For your protection CCTV cameras are recording 24/7.

Visitor Parking
All visitors must park their vehicles at visitor parking areas only.

Water Leakages
Please report any water leakages at the complex to trustees.
Residents can place their rubbish inside the steel drums that are located behind the utilities room.
The bins are emptied every Monday morning. So make sure to place your bags inside the bins early that morning.
Please note that any unwanted items that doesn't fit inside the bins will not be removed.
