Keeping Noise To A Minimum After 10pm
Please note that all tenants, owners and visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm. Weekends included. Fines will be imposed to regular offenders.
Complex Rules
The complex rules are to be respected by not only residents, but their guests as well, at all times.
Wastage Removals - Mondays
Residents have to place their black bags inside the bins located at the garbage area.
Guest Parking
Guests are required to park only in the provided guest parkings.
Pets Are Allowed
Pets are allowed only with permission from the trustees.
Monthly Levy
Levies need to clear in the bank account before the last day of each month. Late fees will be added to accounts not settled on time.
